以下条款确保我们可以为学员提供高质量的教学服务，请仔细阅读以下条款，如果您不同意接受以下条款，您将不能接受我们提供的培训服务。
The guidelines outlined below are to ensure that the relationship between the personal billiard coach and the client and the responsibilities of both parties are clearly appreciated and understood. Please read it carefully, if you refuse to accept it, you will not be participated our class and receive our training service.
1.根据学员的目标、个人基础、时间安排，私人教练为学生设计个性化教学方案，保证教学及学生练习的质量和进度。
The personal trainer will design a personalized program that meets the client’s needs and goals that is sage, effective and conductive.
2.私人教练需要记录学员上课内容，学习的进度，提供必要的反馈。
The personal trainer will maintain a record of client progress and provide necessary feedback.
3.
根据学员的实际进度，私人教练有权对教学内容进行修改和调整。
The personal trainer will evaluate and modify the personalized program as necessary according to client’s progress.
4.
学员取消课程需要至少提前一天告知私人教练，并且同时进行重新预约。如取消不及时，会自动扣除一课时。
Client must give one day notice for training cancellation. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of one session.
5.学费需要在第一次课程之前付清，用现金或者转账的形式。
Payment must be received prior to the first training; we accept cash or bank wiring.

学员每次上课需要签到。
Clients are required to sign in and out of every session.
7.
每节课需要按时开始和结束，任何因为学员自身的原因导致的迟到以及时间的损失，由学员自己承担。教练多会等待学员15分钟，超过15分钟，按一课时计算。
All appointments must begin and end on time. Any time lost due to clients tardiness is considered part of the appointment and is non-refundable. The trainer is expected to wait 15 minutes for a client at which time the session is forfeited.
8.在正常情况下，斯诺克每期培训需要在四个月内完成，中式八球和九球培训需要在三个月内完成。如学员有特殊情况，可单独商议。In general, snooker training must be complete within 4 months after the date of purchase. Billiard & pool training must be complete within 3 months after the date of purchase. Special circumstances can be discussed with manger.
9.
学员因自身的原因停止培训，支付的学费不退款。
If the client stops training due to personal reasons, the payment is non-refundable.
10.如教练因个人原因，取消培训，学员可根据自身需要选择更换教练进行培训，或者课程有效期往后顺延相应时间。教练请假需至少提前一天通知学员。
If personal trainer needs to cancel the training, clients have the right to change the trainer, or the expiration of the session can be extended accordingly. Personal trainer must give one day notice for training cancellation.
11.在指定球中心进行培训可含台费，九球台除外。
The rate of the table fee can be included if training in the signature club, except the pool table.
12. 学员课后需对课上学习内容进行练习，加以掌握，并且认证完成教练布置的作业，否则不保证教学效果。
Client understand that he/she needs to practice after training, and finish the homework, otherwise, the personal training cannot guarantee the result.
13.学员明白自己的身体状况，并且知道自己的身体状况可以进行正常培训。如果培训过程中出现任何身体不适，需要第一时间通知私人教练。
Client acknowledges that he/she is in good health and physically able to participate in a billiard training program. Client acknowledges and agrees that he/she has no limiting health conditions that would preclude participation in an exercise program, and will immediately inform the trainer if such health condition arises during the client’s participation in the personalized program.
